What is cluttering your life? It can be a myriad of things: paperwork, bills, clothing, toys, even thoughts and emotions. The clutter can be found in any room in your home, your office and car, the yard, and most especially burdensome, in your mind.
Clearing the clutter in your physical space will make you feel freer, help you to move more easily, and bring you a sense of satisfaction. Donating items will take those feelings one step further. Have you spent some time de-cluttering your mind though? Empty out the useless emotions: guilt, regret, fear, impatience, frustration. (Remember, these are just a reflection of a lack of love, lack of joy, lack of peace....) Replace them with love. Frustrated with work? Replace the frustration with love for the parts that DO serve you. Impatient with family members? Replace impatience with love for their presence in your life and what they bring to your world. Empty out the "hamster wheel" thoughts~ the "what-ifs." It's fine to be cautious when embarking on a new adventure, but doubting yourself or your ability is debilitating. Something doesn't suit you? Change it. You can change your reality in an instant. Replace the space created with patience. Patience for the movement of traffic, patience for the waitstaff, patience for others, and most importantly, patience for yourself. It takes a little bit of time to nurture these new thought patterns and ideas, so grant yourself patience! The first step to this new awareness is the biggest though...Clear the clutter and make way for the NEW! Angel blessings today from Jophiel.
